Neelam Rajasekhar Reddy Research Center
One of the main aims of CR Foundation is to strive and encourage studies and research in Socio-economic and cultural reforms and also to encourage studies and research in scientific theories of socialism of various schools and thoughts.
To fulfill the above objectives, the CR Foundation has established a Research Centre in the name of another legendary personality, long time colleague of Chandra Rajeswara Rao in the movement and founder president of this foundation, Sri Neelam Rajasekhara Reddy, who sacrificed his entire life for the poor people. Though he was hailing from a rich family and being the own brother of first Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, Sri Neelam Sanjeeva Reddy (who also occupied the highest post, the President of India). He dedicated his life to the toiling masses.
The NRR Research Centre is established with state of art library with more than 60,000 books. The Centre comprises a Seminar Hall named after Indrajit Gupta,veteran parliamentarian and former Home Minister of India, who succeeded Chandra Rajeswara Rao. The meeting hall is accommodating 300 peoples and living space for scholars.
Research in the History, Economy, Social life and culture of our state and Country as well as various trends of socialist thought and social progress is being conducted in the centre.
